How much do packages cost?
Packages start from $275/person in Reno, $449 in Carson Valley, $465 at Lake Tahoe, $530 in Truckee, and $620 in Graeagle. Pricing depends on group size, rounds, and lodging type. Larger groups get better negotiated rates.
How quickly will I get a response?
Usually within a few hours during business hours — always within one business day. For urgent trips call us at 888-584-8232.
Is there a fee for a quote?
No. All quotes are completely free and there is no obligation to book. We have been doing this since 2004 and the consultation is always complimentary.
What is included in a package?
Every package includes negotiated group tee times, group lodging rates at partner hotels, and one contract covering everything. Optional add-ons: ground transportation, private group dinners, spa services, corporate event coordination.
What is the minimum group size?
We handle groups from 4 golfers to 400+. Groups of 8 or more typically qualify for negotiated group tee time rates.
Which courses are available?
28 courses across 5 regions: Wolf Run, Lakeridge, ArrowCreek in Reno; Edgewood Tahoe, Coyote Moon, Old Greenwood in Tahoe/Truckee; Grizzly Ranch, Nakoma Dragon, Whitehawk in Graeagle; Dayton Valley, Genoa Lakes in Carson Valley.
Can you arrange lodging?
Yes. We have group rates at 22 partner hotels including Atlantis, Peppermill, Grand Sierra, Silver Legacy, Harrah's Lake Tahoe, and Harvey's. Stay and play at Old Greenwood and Grizzly Ranch.
How far in advance should I book?
Peak season (June through September) books fast — request 3 to 6 months ahead for summer dates. Fall and spring are more flexible at 6 to 8 weeks. Call for last-minute availability.
