How do I plan a group golf trip to Reno or Lake Tahoe?

What is the minimum group size?

We work with groups as small as 4 players. Best group rates apply at 9+ players. Groups of 20+ qualify for shotgun starts at most partner courses.

How far in advance should I book?

For peak season (June–September), book 3–4 months ahead — especially for Edgewood Tahoe, ArrowCreek, or Old Greenwood, which fill fast. Spring and fall events can often be arranged 4–6 weeks out.

What does it cost?

Packages start at $275/person for Reno and range up to $900+ for premium Tahoe trips. We provide a full itemized quote within 24 hours — no obligation, no hidden fees.

Does the group coordinator get a free trip?

Yes — when 10 or more rooms are booked, the coordinator's stay-and-play package is complimentary. Lodging and golf included at no charge.
