My Husband and I really enjoyed our visit here! The environment is stunning. The way the casino floor is set up; it's... very open and inviting. Now the best part of this place is hands down Toucan Charlie's!!! The buffet has anything and everything you can think of, and a few things you haven't thought lol. Let me tell you everything was absolutely delicious 😋. We loved this place. Also the staff are so amazingly friendly. Best experience ever!!!read more

Staff on point, all the amenities you would like, and nice views depending on the location of your room.The downside:... poor ventilation system (room smelled like smoke and marijuana), the sprinkler in the rm had left over party fixtures from a previous guest (not thoroughly cleaned) and the rooms need to be updated.Positives: staff were all helpful/insightful, gym good size, jacuzzi outside, and heated indoor atrium pool in early AM. Many restaurants and games to choose, please get some events back.Thanks for the great stay.read more

The casino as a whole was quite nice. Abundant parking and very friendly staff. The games were fun, clean and the... surrounding areas were decorated nicely. The restaurants were good, although I didn't feel like the buffet lived up to the hype. Perhaps dinner is better than breakfast as far as the buffet goes!read more

I love the Atlantis, best resort casino in Reno. Rooms are comfortable, well cooled, and tasteful. Always have a great... time here, the purple parrot cafe is reliably great cafe and Brody(the manager?) will take great care of you if your ordering Togo. I made the mistake of staying downtown last time I was in town to save 35 bucks.....don’t cause at Atlantis you get what you pay for. Great job staff.read more

We heard Atlantis was THE place to go in Reno. It didn't write live up to it's hype. My wife won at slots while there,... though so, not bad. The slot machines didn't seem as up to date, but the purple parrot restaurant was pretty good. Huge burgers, larger portions, good flavor. It was our first real outing in more than a year, so it was good to get out.read more

Entrance and exits are clearly marked. Temp is taken upon entry. Rooms very nice, well supplied. Indoor pool... requires reservations, but we got there late in the evening and were able to get in without one. Pool are is very nice, well kept, and they provide soft towels. Had room service. Food was good, even provided all the condiments we might have needed.read more

Overall a positive stay. No real concerns- room was clean and nicely supplied. Check in and check out we’re quick and... easy. Dealers and servers throughout the visit were for the most part courteous. There wasn’t anything that really blew me away, however. I wasn’t overly impressed by the experience and certainly no disappointed. I would repeat but will probably check out other casinos before settling on Atlantis.read more
