I called for a reservation & to get my players card number. They told me I had to get the card when I checked in.... You’re supposed to get a better rate if you have your card number…So they made me a reservation. When I was checking in, I asked for my player’s card so I could get the better rate. The lady told me I had to have the card number to get the better rate when I made the reservation & she couldn’t (wouldn’t) change it now.That’s extraordinary poor customer service & really just a plain rip-off.read more

We are now home and I can take a minute to include details to my review. Harrah's offered everything you would want in... a great stay at Lake Tahoe. Amenities include excellent restaurants, a very accessible casino where you didn't have to race down early morning to get on a machine you like as well as plenty of card and dice games. The views are beautiful, but sadly were limited due to the Dixie fire. We are planning to come back again net summer, but in June to ensure we get the incredible views the area offers. I absolutely recommend visiting this area and Harrah's for a nice easy paced vacation. We loved it and we travel all over.read more
