What are the terms and cancellation policy?

Minimum 4 golfers required — no exceptions. One cottage per week, first come first served. Sunday arrival only — 3 nights (Sun/Mon/Tue, check-out Wednesday). Lodging cancellations require 30 days notice; cancellations inside 30 days are non-refundable. Golf may be cancelled up to 7 days prior to the date of play. Management reserves all rights.
