On Land

The Flume Trail – Located in Lake Tahoe Nevada State Park, this section of the Tahoe Rim Trail provides jaw-dropping view of Lake Tahoe just under your feet. 
Ride the Virginia-Truckee Line – An intermediate bike trail near Carson City
Sand Boarding – Try your hand at this combination of surfing, snowboarding and skateboarding.
High Sierra on Horseback –  Whether half-day, full-day or multi-day, it’s a great way for the whole family to enjoy the outdoors.

On Water

Cruise Lake Tahoe – See Lake Tahoe from the stern of a genuine paddlewheeler.  A sunset dinner cruise is a spectacular way to cap off a great day of golf!
Truckee River Kayak & Whitewater Park – Indulge your inner kayaker at this water park located in the heart of downtown Reno.
